The Samaya Bali has just introduced a pre-arrival e-concierge, to help create the ultimate, unique vacation experiences for its guests.
The pre-arrival e-Concierge service will gather guest preferences before the guest actually arrives to create a customized itinerary that will include anything from pre-arranged tee times at any of Bali's golf courses, to resort spa treatments, dinner reservations and off-site excursions.
In Villa preferences, now guests can make special requests for items in the mini-bar, in-villa amenities, and special deliveries for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. Please note that a confirmed reservation is required, so please have the reservation ID number that the Resort sent you ready.
