Faultless in all respects – fantastic staffs who are obviously proud of what they do why they need to do it. So well nothing is ever a problem. My newly pregnant wife asked for Spa. Even though it is not on the menu; she gets it. The little extras make a different, afternoon tea, mini bar, laundry & pool attendants. It was great to see “back office” staffs patrolling the resort & introducing themselves to staffs – including the GM. Keep up the

The Bali concierge service at the airport upon arrival was absolutely
fantastic. It set the bar high & differentiated Bali & the Samaya from any other country resort I have stayed at in the world. Our butler was exceptional & deserves praise for his service, attitude & promptness. He always had a smile on his face & an answer to our questions. We just have been told that the hotel staff is trying to get us Bali concierge service for our departure. We are extremely pleased with the Samaya & its entire staffs & their service. We will definitely recommend the Samaya to all our

All staff were courteous, helpful & very efficient & we fell went to extra step with virtually every interaction. We are grateful to our butlers / hosts who made a stay very memorable. They facilitate all our needs very efficiently & made it very relaxing holiday. We were also grateful for all the extras such as free mini bar & laundry.
All the breakfast was excellent with extensive choice & the staffs at both breeze & brasserie were excellent.

Things! Particularly love the breakfast, as you did say Devine and the fact you can have it at any time is very canalized. The style of the place, contemporary, etc.
Most of all, the “little things” that made this holiday truly special. Fruit and “treats” in the room in an evening. Afternoon tea was just so perfect. The flowers, more & cake for our 5th anniversary. The candle & oil, aft sun gel, comb etc in the bathroom. Up to date fashion by the pool, cold towels & water, so appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble by the butlers or concierge.
We will definitely recommend this hotel & have wonderful time here. Thank you for some special memory.
