He blends the best of the environment with his own vision of contemporary American and global cuisine. Using the many indigenous ingredients Chef Michael menus are dictated by the local harvest and giving them as he defines a "Simple, Seasonal and Uncomplicated New Twist"
Born in New York and Raised in Los Angeles, then moved to San Diego to begin his career in 1981
Chef Michael is very excited to be able to showcase his talent here in Bali and aims to create the dining experience for the guest at The Breeze Restaurant.
